CDs, Shows, Videos, oh my!

What have I been up to? Securing child-care, finalizing the masters to the album, getting over the holiday hang-over, and trying not to panic about a really light January work-wise.

Oh, there's also a conservation of energy around everything happening politically. It's a marathon, not a sprint, y'all: remember to stay hydrated, take a friend when you go out, talk to people you love, lean on our representitives in our local government, and do something indulgent and something disciplined every day: eat that extra cookie, run that extra mile, send a spicy email to someone at your work, or remain zen and untouchable.

On the to big news:

The album is mastered, physical copies are being pressed as we speak, my lead single "Woman Being" is in the queue to be digitally distributed Feb 28th in celebration of women's history month. BUT if you NEED TO LISTEN TO IT STRAIGHT AWAY, there’s a super easy way to do so! Become a paid member of my Patreon. I think the minimum plan is $1 a month. You could subscribe, listen and unsubscribe, I want the bar low, but not too low.

I have an entire year of singles and releases planned, culminating in the release of the entire album in October.

I'm also releasing a cover of Prince's "When Doves Cry" on YouTube! I'm scheduled to film it later this month with Mike at Moosecat Studios. I'm excited to begin building a buzz around this project, so any of my public posts on my instagram, Facebook, or tiktok please help me by sharing them like crazy or even creating your own posts about how excited you are for the music or what it means to you.
